How to use:

- Place Solid Sheet with the lip facing up

- Lightly coat with vegetable oil

- Add puree or soup up to the lip of the sheet in a consistent thickness (to allow for even shrinking)

- To remove simply peel away or gather into a container

- Rinse the Solid Sheet by hand or soak if necessary
